• The Travel Reservation Form is step 1 in the process of getting you ready for the trip.  If you can go to the Reservation Form section and click on the link to the form to fill this out as soon as possible that would be great!
• Reminder – don’t forget to review the Activities you may participate in and to make your selections in the reservation form.
• Upon receipt of your travel reservation form you will receive an email from Creative Incentives & Promotions confirming receipt of your form.
• We will begin airline ticketing immediately as we receive reservation forms.
